When you check a domain we look up public information about it (its certificate, registration record and home page) and keep the result for a few minutes. If you ask for reminders we keep your email address, the domain, and the check results, and email you only about that domain. Agency accounts also store the client names and logo links you add. We keep your IP address for a short time to stop abuse. If you arrive from a link or ad, a first-party cookie keeps its campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, gclid) for 30 days so we can count which channel visits came from; no third-party trackers. Payments are handled by Gumroad. We don't sell your details. Stop reminders with the link in any email, or email hello@kerbform.com to have everything deleted. Full policy: kerbform.com/privacy.
